STORE PICKUP

We do NOT have a physical store. We are the online first small business running on your love and support.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders below $50 in cart value.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

As of now, we offer international shipping to the EU zone and the United Kingdom. We will add more countries as we grow.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@montrouge.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
